Self-Constellation and Inner Constellations In this session, Georg Breiner will explore how constellation work can be used for self-reflection, self-coaching and inner processes.
Self-constellation work allows people to visualise inner parts, decisions, conflicts, resources and possible next steps. Instead of keeping a question only in the mind, the issue becomes visible as a living structure. This can create new perspectives and support a deeper connection with one’s own inner knowing.
The session will focus on how facilitators can use this approach for their own development, and how elements of self-constellation can also support clients between sessions. Inner constellations offer a practical way to explore personal themes with care, depth and responsibility.
Possible focus areas:
- Self-constellation as a tool for reflection and development
- Working with inner parts, decisions and resources
- Visualising internal dynamics
- Supporting clients between facilitated sessions
- Using constellation work for personal integration
- Boundaries, responsibility and care in self-work
